Our Purpose
We exist to serve others by showing God’s love in practical ways by meeting the needs of our communities within our spheres of influence. Simple acts of personal kindness can open hearts to the love of Jesus for both those being served and those serving. Our Outreach Teams are made up of people who are using their gifts and talents to glorify God by serving others.
We want every person who is passionate about helping people find the right opportunities to effectively use their gifts to build up the body of Christ and extend the Kingdom of God.
As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace: whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies—in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen. -1 Pet. 4:10-11

February – Shoes for East Ridge Elementary
This February, we’re partnering with East Ridge Elementary to bless children in need with a brand-new pair of shoes. For just $15, you can help purchase shoes for a local child and make a tangible impact on their confidence, comfort, and school experience. Every donation goes directly toward meeting this practical need and showing God’s love in a real and meaningful way.
March – Spring Cleaning & Yard Work for a Widow
On March 14, we’ll be serving a local widow by helping with spring cleaning and yard work. This is a hands-on outreach opportunity to show compassion, provide practical support, and remind her that she is seen, valued, and cared for by our church family. Volunteers of all skill levels are welcome as we work together to make her home and yard a place of peace and refreshment.
April – Senior Church Service at The Bridge Assisted Living
On April 19, we’ll be hosting a special church service for seniors at The Bridge Assisted Living. This outreach is focused on bringing worship, encouragement, and meaningful connection to residents who may not be able to attend regular church services. Through music, a message of hope, and personal interaction, we’ll share the love of Jesus and honor the seniors in our community.
July – Serve Day
On July 11, we’re coming together for Serve Day, a church-wide outreach dedicated to meeting practical needs in our community. From service projects to acts of kindness, this day is all about being the hands and feet of Jesus in tangible ways. Whether you help with projects, donations, or prayer, your participation will make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
November – Thanksgiving Blessing
On November 14, we’ll be hosting our Thanksgiving Blessing, an outreach focused on providing meals, essentials, and encouragement to families in need during the holiday season. This is a powerful opportunity to share generosity, gratitude, and the love of Christ as we help make Thanksgiving brighter and more meaningful for our community.
